What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00, and Saturday, 10:00 to 15:00. Closed on Sunday.
How do I know a piece is authentic?
Every piece is checked at our Panama City store — origin, materials and documentation. It is also in writing: if within thirty (30) days of purchase a recognised independent expert demonstrates in writing that a piece is not authentic, we refund 100% of the price paid, with no restocking fee.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, within seven (7) calendar days of delivery, whether for a defect or simply a change of mind. Change-of-mind returns carry a 30% restocking fee; returns for an undisclosed defect or a lack of authenticity are refunded in full. Exchanges work within the same seven-day window.
Do you buy watches, gold and jewelry? How does it work?
Yes. Send the details and photos of your piece, our experts value it free of charge and make an offer, we verify its condition in person at the store, and once it is agreed we proceed with payment.
Do you offer consignment?
Yes. We appraise your piece free of charge and show it in the store and on the site until the right buyer appears.
Can you source a piece you do not have in stock?
Yes. If the piece is not on the floor, our team works its international network to locate it, with the same authenticity guarantee as the rest of the catalog.
Do you ship?
We ship to Panama, the United States, Canada and Mexico at no shipping cost. Handling takes 1 to 3 days and transit 2 to 10 days depending on the destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, in US dollars.
Do pieces come with box and papers?
It depends on the piece, and it is always stated: every watch listing shows whether box and papers are included.
